Our return policy lasts 3 days after delivery of purchase. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Then the sale is FINAL.
To be eligible for a return / refund , your item must be defective or damaged. It must also be in the original packaging with the tags.
To complete your return, Please send the following information:
1 - We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
2 - Photos of what is defective on the item - send to email@example.com (Please put your Order # in the subject Line and explain what is going on with the product)
3 - Please allow 48 hours to by to receive a response if your return is APPROVED or NOT.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days according to regulation of your bank.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
